As the Division of Early Intervention and Special Education Services knows, nothing is more important than building strong partnerships between families and school community. On May 4, Marcella Franczkowski, Assistant State Superintendent, was honored to celebrate Pocomoke High School, Cedar Chapel Special School, and their community partners who are coming together to make a difference for children and families!
